I turned it around several times, trying to figure out what I was looking at.
The blackout had transformed an ordinary evening into a little mystery.
It was funny how something that might have seemed completely ordinary during the day suddenly looked strange in the darkness.
I kept asking myself:
Where did this come from?
Why had I never noticed it before?
And what was it actually used for?
